Do I need to know how to go live first before using LYVECOM?

Nope! We’re with you from start to finish. LYVECOM integrates seamlessly with Shopify, and our team supports you every step of the way. We're here from setup and product activation to ensuring your shoppable videos keep converting long after the stream ends.

Do I need technical expertise to run lives?

Not at all. Our platform is designed to be user-friendly, and our onboarding team will guide you through setup. If you can run a Zoom call, you can run a livestream on LYVECOM.

Which subscription tiers include livestreaming?

Livestreaming is available on our Pro and Elite tiers. If you’re on a Starter or Plus plan, you can upgrade anytime to unlock live commerce features.

Are there restrictions on what I can sell?

There are no special restrictions from LYVECOM itself, aside from items prohibited under Shopify’s policies and applicable local laws. As long as your products are compliant with Shopify’s rules, you’re good to go.

Can I stream on my website and social channels at the same time?

Yes. LYVECOM allows you to broadcast directly on your site while simultaneously casting to platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This way, you expand reach without losing traffic back to your own storefront.

Can I customize my storefront?

Yes. LYVECOM supports custom branding so your storefront reflects your look, feel, and identity. You control the design, content, and how products are presented.

What kind of analytics do I get?

We provide real-time and post-event analytics, including engagement metrics, sales conversions, viewer counts, and more. This data helps you measure performance and optimize future streams.

How are payments and checkout handled?

All purchases are processed securely through your ecommerce store (Shopify or otherwise), so you keep full control of transactions, data, and customer relationships.

Do I need special equipment to livestream?

No expensive hardware is required. Many brands start with just a smartphone and ring light, though adding cameras, mics, and studio setups can improve production value as you grow.

What support does LYVECOM provide?

In addition to onboarding, we provide ongoing customer support, best-practice resources, and strategy guidance to help you succeed with shoppable video and live commerce.

Do I have to be part of a certain industry to become a brand on MARKETplace?

MARKETplace includes everything from fashion and beauty, to health and fitness. We are only limited by Shopify restrictions.

How do I join MARKETplace as a brand?

Click here to get started. In addition, we’ll request you on Shopify Collective and all you need to do is approve us.

If my store runs a discount, will it automatically apply to MARKETplace? 

Yes! Since our stores will both be synced via Shopify Collective. During our kickoff call we can go over any upcoming deals or sales you may have so that we can feature them to your lives.

Do you provide TikTok Shop services?

Yes! Our team is fully versed in TikTok Shop and can handle every step of the process. From activating your shop and setting up your product catalog to planning and executing full-service livestreams, we make it easy to reach your audience and drive sales.

We also provide guidance and support along the way, ensuring your content is optimized, your livestreams run smoothly, and your brand looks its best on the platform.

How do TikTok Live and my store work in tandem?

If you want to go the TikTok live route and you already have a store, we’ll walk you through the process of allowing us to add products to your showcase to ours. If you do not have a TikTok Shop account, we can discuss setting up your brand with an account.

Do I have to be in a certain industry to go live on TikTok?

Not necessarily, but TikTok does have restrictions on what we can/cannot say or promote during lives. All of that will be covered during the calls. But rest assured, our team is well-versed in TikTok Shop so your brand is in safe, creative hands.

Do you provide samples before ordering?

Absolutely! We can send samples directly to your office before we make your final purchase.

What products are included in the PR box?

We can handle it all! During your scheduled call, we’ll discuss your ideas and goals. With our industry connections and premium print offerings, whatever you envision, we bring to life.

If I order something that's to be printed, how long does it take?

Since all our printed products are custom-made, delivery times may vary depending on the quantity ordered.

Do you do offer rush delivery on printed products?

Our goal is to ensure every product we design is high-quality and exceeds your expectations. While rush delivery is available in some cases, during our onboarding call and scheduled check-ins, we’ll set clear timelines and deadlines to keep your order on track, eliminating the need to rush.
